Procedure of getting an e-Medical visa is simple. Eligible persons who want to his/her treatment in India can fill up the application by providing their details such as name, address, contact info, date of birth, date, and passport details etc.
All applicants must complete a security questionnaire & pay the e-Medical visa fee using a credit card or debit card. The e-medical visa will sent to the applicant’s email if approved by the authority.
An Applicant must know the following things about an e-medical visa to India.
- E-medical visa to India is valid for 60 days from the date of arrival.
- Indian e-medical visa permits three visits.
- You can get 3 times e-medical visas in a year.
- An e-Medical visa is non-renewable & non-convertible.
- You can’t visit protected & restricted regions by holding this visa.
- Applicants must be financially self-sufficient during their stay in India
- All Applicants must have their own country’s valid passports.
- In India, visitors must keep a copy of their approved India e-visa with them all the time.
- At the time of applying for an e-Medical visa visitors must have a returning or onward ticket.
- Parents cannot include their children in their online visa application to India.
- Applicant must have a valid passport with validity at least 6 months after arriving in India. The passport must have 2 blank pages to place entry & exit stamps by immigration and border control authorities.
- Applicants with international travel documents or diplomatic passports are not eligible to apply for an e-tourist visa to visit India.
